Healthquest Chiropractic has been healing patients of Bellevue since January 2004. Our office features three treatment rooms, a rehabilitation room, and massage room. We also have on-site x-ray. Healthquest Chiropractic is conveniently located and open six days per week, Monday to Saturday. We have a helpful and friendly staff that bills your insurance for you. We are preferred providers for most insurance companies and Medicare. We also treat auto injury and worker’s comp patients.
